Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all attached tags. Some items are excluded from our return policy.

These non-returnable items are described in following list:

  • Products with a price reduction greater than or equal to 35% compared to the original retail price
    • Personalized or customized goods
    • Underwear

To start your return process, you must use the return form which came with your order. If the return form has been lost, you can download a blank form by pressing following button:

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition (damaged, missing parts) for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To prove that the goods in your order show no defects when they have been packed for delivery, we take pictures of the goods just before they have been packed and when they’re in the box. These pictures can be used when there’s a dispute regarding the refund process. They can also be used to prove our decision regarding your return process.

If your return request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days after the approval date.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days after the approval date, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at finance@kingkasketee.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items with a discount of 35% or more compared to the original retail price cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at finance@kingkasketee.com and send your item to: King Kasketee – Maalse steenweg 92 – B-8310 Bruges – Belgium.

Items without corresponding return form are excluded from the refund/replacement process.
Put the return form and the items you want to return in the box that came with your order.
Go to your local post office and ship the box to King Kasketee – Maalse steenweg 92 – B-8310 Bruges – Belgium.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s).
These shipping costs are only refundable if it’s proven that King Kasketee is reliable for the reason of your return process.
In that case, the shipping costs of the return shipment will be added to the sum of the refund.
In case of a replacement order, you will not be charged any shipping costs for the replacement goods and the costs of the return shipment will be compensated with a voucher equal to the shipment costs.*

*The refund of the shipment cost is limited to the cost of a standard shipment without track and trace.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
