Deliveries and delivery times

  • To which countries does King Kasketee deliver?
    Currently we only deliver to Belgium. If you want a delivery to another country, feel free to send us a message via the contact form and together we will look for a solution. We do intend to deliver outside Belgium in the future.
  • What are the shipping costs for my order?
    The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and total price of your order. Your address and the nature of the goods also determine the cost of your order. The rate for shipping costs is calculated at checkout. On the checkout page, you have the choice between different shipping options.
  • Do you also offer free shipping above a certain amount?
    For textile goods orders with a total value of €50 or more, shipping costs are waived. If you order bicycles, shipping costs are always due.
  • Why do I have to pay if I return something?
    Because we at King Kasketee care about the climate, we try to reduce unnecessary trips from courier services. It is common knowledge that the return rate for “free return” web shops is much higher than for web shops that do not offer free returns. We hope that the return costs will make people buy more consciously.
    Of course, there are no return costs for defective/damaged goods.

  • How long does it take to get my order in the mail?
    Textiles: Your order will be presented to the courier service within 2 business days. Depending on your chosen shipping method, your order will be delivered to your chosen address between 1 to 5 business days later.
    Bicycles: After you have placed your order, the bicycle will undergo final inspection before it is shipped. Normally, your bike will be presented to the courier service within 2 to 3 business days. Your bike will be delivered to your chosen address approximately 3 to 7 business days later.
  • Can I track my order?
    The moment your order was offered to the courier service, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code.
  • I have received my order too late or not at all. What should I do now?
    If you have problems with an order, feel free to send us a message via the contact form. Be sure to include your order number. If you provide or have provided your phone number, we may contact you by phone.
  • Returns/exchanges
    All conditions regarding returning or exchanging your order are listed in our refund and return policy.

  • How does King Kasketee guarantee the safety of my (credit) card details?
    King Kasketee works with Buckaroo for the processing of online payments. This company ensures that you can make online payments on our site with peace of mind. The lock in your browser bar guarantees that you are on a site with SSL/TLS connection and that therefore all the data you leave on our site is encrypted.
